Emily received her BA in Human Rights Law and Advocacy from Bryn Mawr College. She is passionate about content design, reproductive health, and ethical design in tech and AI.

With the goal of being more deeply involved in the growing field of Ethics in Technology, specifically in AI Ethics and the role it should play in the development of reproductive health technologies, Emily has completed numerous courses in artificial intelligence and data ethics. Most recently, this included attending certification programs at Standford. She has also served as Ethics Chair on a number of reproductive health advocacy boards and UX delegate on ethical AI in medical research working groups in a top-ranked medical research institution. Taking those experiences to the ground level, she’s consulted femtech brands and acted as a mentor for aspiring health advocates in the Bay Area and beyond.

Originally from Philadelphia, she now splits her time between the coasts and the mountains of Northern California. She’s an endurance athlete, gardener, podcast enthusiast, mock chef, below-average quilter, and occasionally writes bad fiction for fun.
